DMCA Policy

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if your address is outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in any district where we are located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question if the original complainant does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers at our sole discretion.
