Nvidia releases revenue quarterly. In a call with investors, CEO Jensen Huang answers questions about the underlying trends affecting AI.
Nvidia, the company behind GPUs that enable AI chatbots such as ChatGpt and Grok, releases revenue quarterly.
Typically, Nvidia CFO Colette Kress walks investors through quarterly results.
Co-founder and CEO Jensen Huang will then provide insight into the fundamental trends of artificial intelligence, data centers and gaming, and answer phone questions.
Usually, calls cover topics like Nvidia stock prices and move revenues of Nvidia GPU chips. This is moving towards the next generation of Blackwell architecture.
This is a breakdown of Nvidia’s recent revenue.
Nvidia’s fourth quarter revenue 2025
During NVIDIA’s fourth quarter revenue call, the chipmaker reported a surge in its business, reporting 78% growth at $39.33 billion, 78% year-on-year for the quarter, breaking its $382.5 billion estimate.
Nvidia defeated analysts’ revenue and profit forecasts and raised future-looking guidance, but that wasn’t enough to meet the expectations of the Wall Street sky.
The potential impact of DeepSeek on Nvidia’s future chip demand (a low-cost AI model from Chinese startups) was the top responsibility for investors. Nvidia said Deepseek is driving increasing demand for inference solutions.
One concern for investors was the company’s profit margin, slightly weaker than expected due to the lamps in the production of Blackwell GPUs. Nvidia said it does not believe profit margins will recover until later that year.
There are also concerns that Nvidia’s growth is slowing, and that top cloud customers may be approaching the peak of AI chip capital expenditures. Nvidia’s share price was sold following earnings results.
The fourth fiscal quarter ended on January 30th, with Nvidia’s revenue calls being made on February 26th.
Nvidia’s third quarter revenue 2025
Chipmaker offered another strong quarter, according to Nvidia’s third quarter revenue call. There, as sales of popular semiconductor chips rose, the company declared that “AI is at full power.”
The company reported third quarter revenue of $35.08 billion (an increase of 94% year-on-year).
Investors focused on a commentary on the company’s Blackwell chip rollout, which was expected to be a meaningful pick in the fourth quarter, and the potential impact of Trump’s planned tariffs.
“No matter what the new administration decides, of course I support the administration,” and it is “completely” compliant with the new regulations, Huang said.
NVIDIA’s shares were sold slightly in the end.
The third fiscal quarter ended on October 31, 2024, with Nvidia holding a revenue call on November 20th.
