(Reuters) – Analog semiconductor maker X-FAB flagged sustained high inventory with automotive customers on Thursday, but is seeing a recovery in industrial and medical demand in 2025.
The Erfurt, Germany-based company said inventory adjustments in its automotive business will be dragged into 2025.
“Inventory revisions for the automotive supply chain where X-FAB has the highest exposure should begin late last year and continue until 2025,” it said in its fourth quarter revenue report.
