November event will focus on the transformative impact of AI on learning, work and workforce development
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — No emerging technology holds more promise and raises more questions than artificial intelligence, which is accelerating our rapidly moving world.

The event’s featured speaker will be Purdue President Moon Chan. Malcolm “MK” Palmore, Director, Office of the Chief Information Security Officer, Google Cloud. Scott Dorsey, managing partner of technology venture company High Alpha.
Mr. Palmore of Google Cloud, a global leader in cybersecurity, spent 22 years as a special agent and executive with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, specializing in counterterrorism, intelligence, and cybersecurity. In the private sector, he focuses on advising and leadership development for large enterprises undergoing cloud transformation.
Dorsey brings insights on adapting quickly and effectively to technology changes and unlocking the value of AI in business through venture investing. Dorsey’s venture studio, High Alpha, launches, scales, and invests in enterprise cloud companies. He co-founded ExactTarget and led the company from a startup to a global marketing software leader as CEO and Chairman. The company went public in March 2012 and was acquired by Salesforce in 2013 for $2.5 billion.
