Agent AI is not a true AI agent, but some of the apps that work together, but it’s hot at vendors. Salesforce, Hubspot, Openai and Microsoft are some of the companies that push to their customers. Unfortunately, the customer may not have purchased it.

“61% of participants at the summit said they were experimenting with AI agents, while 21% said they didn’t use them at all. And their most pressing concern about the technology is The polls found it lack of reliability. It is in stark contrast to the vendors selling them. They say it’s too late for companies to wait for all the technological twists to be resolved. I say it.”
To be clear, this is a poll of people at the WSJ CIO Network Summit, “attracting the country’s top information technology leaders.” It is not exactly a representative group. But the numbers aren’t reliable, but the emotions are aware of what I’ve been hearing.

Users can use detailed demographic property interest information to enhance customer data. Invoca has expanded Signal AI Studio with new features to simplify AI signaling deployments for analyzing calls from search and digital ads. Monday.com has announced the general release of Monday Service, an enterprise services management platform. It features ticket history for creating a knowledge base, automatic ticket classification by type smart ticket routing, and AI-powered ticket resolution using emergency sentiment. Dashboards provide real-time service trend monitoring and performance insights to aid in decision-making. MindMatrix has launched Bridgeai, an ecosystem orchestration solution. It provides real-time insights to enable partners, automate sales marketing processes, optimize channel strategies, and support business growth. Coveo has announced the general availability of the Passage Retrieval API, a method of searching for generated AI applications built on Coveo’s AI-related platform.
