WASHINGTON—November 19, 2024—The Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) today applauds the announcement that the U.S. Department of Commerce and semiconductor research company Manufacturing Consortium Corporation (SRC) have entered into negotiations with the Department of Commerce.
