This week on GFN Thursday, GeForce NOW Priority membership is being enhanced with a new name to go along with it. The new Performance Membership offers more GeForce-powered premium games with no change to your monthly membership cost.
Gamers who can’t decide between Performance Membership and Ultimate Membership can try both with a 25% off Day Pass for a limited time. Day Pass gives you access to 24 hours of continuous cloud gaming.
Additionally, seven new games are available this week, joining the more than 2,000 games in the GeForce NOW library.

Performance Membership retains all the same great gaming benefits and provides members with an enhanced streaming experience at no additional cost.
Performance Members can stream up to 1440p, an increase from the previous 1080p resolution, and experience games in immersive ultrawide resolution. You can also save in-game graphics settings across streaming sessions, including NVIDIA RTX capabilities for supported titles.
All current Priority members will be automatically upgraded to Performance and can take advantage of the upgraded streaming experience right away.
Performance members connect to GeForce RTX-powered gaming rigs at up to 1440p resolution. Ultimate members continue to enjoy the best streaming experience. Games that support NVIDIA Reflex technology can connect to GeForce RTX 4080-powered gaming consoles at up to 4K resolution and 120 frames per second, or 1080p and 240 fps in the game’s competitive mode.
Gamers who play on the free tier will find themselves streaming from basic rigs that offer entry-level cloud gaming and come in a variety of specs optimized for capacity.
Early next year, GeForce NOW will roll out a 100-hour monthly play window to continue providing Performance and Ultimate members with exceptional quality, speed, and reduced latency. This generous limit comfortably accommodates 94% of our members, who typically enjoy our service to the fullest within this period. Members can see their time spent in the cloud through their account portal (see example screenshot above).
If you’re a member, up to 15 hours of unused play time automatically rolls over to the next month, and you can purchase an additional 15 hours of performance for $2.99 or an additional 15 hours of Ultimate time for $5.99.

To thank the GFN community for joining the cloud gaming revolution, GeForce NOW is offering active paid members as of December 31, 2024 one year of unlimited playtime through January 2026. Provides continuous functionality.
New members can take advantage of this feature by signing up for GeForce NOW by December 31, 2024. As long as a member’s account remains uninterrupted and in good standing, unlimited playtime will continue to be available throughout 2025.
